Thanks to the dedicated work of the Wuxi (Jiangyin) Huohuo working group, Xinjiang Wenming Artificial Turf Co., Ltd., the first large-scale artificial turf production base in Xinjiang, has achieved "landing after contract signing and commenced operations after commissioning." This "Exemplary Aid to Xinjiang" project not only fills the gaps in Xinjiang's artificial turf industry but also leverages the dual drive of "industry and employment" to inject powerful momentum into the high-quality economic development of Huocheng County.

When we visited the production workshop of Xinjiang Wenming Artificial Turf Co., Ltd., green grass silk was quickly transformed into verdant lawns by the weaving loom. The contract was signed at the end of March 2024, the equipment was installed and commissioned in May, and production officially began in June. Annual production volume that year reached $30 million. This enterprise, attracted by the Wuxi (Jianyin) Huohuo working group, formed a virtuous circle of "production is efficient" when it was launched. Construction has also begun on the second phase of the expansion project.

On June 30, 2024, the first phase of the Xinjiang factory, which was upgraded in the year it was put into operation, was officially put into operation. The total construction area of the second phase of the production workshop is 60,000 square meters, and the construction area is 100 acres. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to have an annual output of 20 million square meters of artificial turf and 19,000 tons of plastic runway materials, and an annual output value of 500 million yuan, tax revenue of 30 million yuan, and 400 jobs will be created. This year's goal is to use Yili, Xinjiang, as market foothold and gradually expand into the markets of Central Asia, the Middle East and Russia.”

The business thrived, and local residents also benefited. Since its launch, the company has provided jobs for nearly 80 local residents. The head of the tufted group, Ma Xiumei, is a resident of Daxigou. Previously, she earned a living through odd jobs, but now she has a stable monthly income.
